Zasady kancelarii
Publikacje i materiały w serwisie mają charakter informacyjny i edukacyjny.
Inne uwagi i reklamacje rozpatrujemy bez zbędnej zwłoki.
Firm principles
The client should know who handles the matter, what they are paying for, the limits of the service and when the firm may decline a mandate.
Services are provided by Kancelaria Adwokacka Tomasz Wiliński, ul. Krucza 16/22, 00-526 Warsaw, NIP 5992888071. Attorney Tomasz Wiliński is entered on the list of attorneys of the Warsaw Bar under number WAW/Adw/6392 and practises under the Polish Law on the Bar and the rules of professional ethics.
Before cooperation begins, the client is informed who is the lawyer leading the matter or the person responsible for a given area. The education and higher education law practice and the mediation practice are led by Magdalena Osińska-Wilińska. Strategic conduct of attorney matters and criminal defence is the responsibility of attorney Tomasz Wiliński, unless the client is expressly informed of a different case-management model.
Submitting a form, e-mail, documents or taking part in an initial conversation does not automatically mean that the firm has accepted the matter. A mandate is accepted after the firm confirms that it may act, in particular after a conflict-of-interest check and agreement on the scope of assistance and remuneration.
Before accepting a matter, the firm may ask for information identifying the persons and entities involved. This information is used, among other things, to check for conflicts of interest. If a conflict prevents the firm from acting, the firm declines the mandate or takes other steps required by law and professional ethics.
Fees are agreed before paid work begins. They may be fixed, hourly, subscription-based or mixed. The price depends in particular on the type and complexity of the matter, urgency, scope of responsibility, number of participants and expected workload. If the scope changes materially during the matter, the firm informs the client of the need to agree additional remuneration before carrying out additional work.
The firm undertakes to act diligently and professionally but does not guarantee a particular outcome of proceedings, a decision by a court or authority, the position of another party or the result of mediation. Assessments of prospects and risks are professional forecasts based on the knowledge and materials available at the relevant time.
Information obtained in connection with legal assistance is protected under applicable law and professional rules. Access is limited to persons whose participation is necessary to perform the mandate or required by law.
Technology, including AI tools, may support work organisation, analysis or preparation of materials, but it does not replace a lawyer's professional judgment. The firm uses such tools with due regard to professional secrecy, confidentiality, personal-data protection and the client's interests. Final responsibility for advice, pleadings and recommendations remains with a human professional.
Publications and website materials are for information and educational purposes. They are not individual legal advice and should not be treated as a recommendation for action in a specific matter without analysis of its circumstances.
Comments concerning the organisation of services, billing or operation of the website may be sent to office@wilinski.legal. Consumer complaints are handled under the statutory procedure: unless separate provisions state otherwise, the firm responds within 14 days of receiving the complaint; failure to respond within that period means the complaint is deemed accepted, and the response is provided on paper or another durable medium. Other comments and complaints are handled without undue delay.
Before cooperation begins, we want the client to understand the scope of the service, communication arrangements, costs and who is responsible for the matter.
