Website Accessibility

We want the information on this website to be as readable and accessible as reasonably possible, including for people who use assistive technologies.

Our approach

When designing the website, we aim to maintain readable contrast, a logical heading structure, text descriptions for elements important to understanding content, keyboard operation of forms, and understandable messages and labels.

Alternative access to information

If a particular document, form or item of information cannot be read or used in a convenient way, please contact us. Where reasonably possible, we will provide the content in an alternative format, for example by e-mail, as plain text or during a conversation.

Reporting accessibility barriers

Accessibility barriers may be reported to adwokat@tomaszwilinski.eu. It is helpful to identify the page address, describe the problem, indicate the device or assistive technology used and state the preferred method of contact.

Continuous improvement

We treat accessibility as an ongoing process. As the website develops and new forms, documents and services are added, we will take account of the need to preserve the accessibility of information and core functions.

If a user encounters an accessibility barrier, the report should identify the relevant page or document and, where possible, explain the format that would make the information accessible. Accessibility requests concerning the website are handled separately from requests for legal assistance, particularly where a procedural or statutory deadline is running.
